  Meet Dennis Neeland

Dennis Neeland is an accomplished real estate agent based in Great Bend, Kansas, where he has been helping clients buy and sell properties since 2019. With his extensive knowledge of land properties for the local real estate market, Dennis has become a trusted advisor for many homeowners and investors in the area from being a 5th generation of Barton County homesteading.

In addition to his work as a real estate agent, Dennis is an active member of several local organizations that promote economic development and community involvement. He currently serves on the boards of the Great Bend Economic Development organization, the Great Bend Zoo Society, and the Barton County LEP.

Dennis is also deeply committed to civic engagement, as evidenced by his membership in the Knights of Columbus and the Noon Lions Club. These organizations allow him to give back to his community and support important causes like education, healthcare, and social welfare.

Before his career in real estate, Dennis worked as an Operations Manager at the Great Bend Coop, where he gained valuable experience in business management and customer service. His strong work ethic and dedication to excellence have helped him succeed in both his professional and personal life with being a landowner and specializing in land investor farm ground.

When he's not working or volunteering, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to new destinations. He is also an avid upland bird hunter, relishes the opportunity to explore the outdoors and pursue his passion for hunting.
